1. Shipping Coverage & Availability

  • We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns.

  • Some remote locations may have limited delivery access. In such cases, our team will notify you if delivery to your area is not possible.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment but will be introduced soon.
     

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

  • Shipping charges vary based on pincodes and products shipped.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, unforeseen logistical challenges, or public holidays.
     

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with order details.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (except Sundays & public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
     

4. Order Tracking & Support

  • Customers can track their orders via the tracking link shared upon dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partners will make delivery attempts. If the order is not received due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.

  • In case of a failed delivery, a re-delivery request can be made, but additional charges may apply.
     

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incomplete package, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately contact our customer service.

  • Any issues with the shipment must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
     

7. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order modifications/cancellations (address change, item change) can only be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, no modifications can be made.
     

8. Legal Compliance & Amendments

  • This Shipping Policy complies with the applicable laws and regulations of India.

  • Any disputes arising from the enforcement of this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
