At Farmkin, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, natural products to your doorstep. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with an easy and transparent return, refund, or cancellation process.
1. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, we encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we require complete and accurate documentation to process your return/exchange request. Incomplete claims or requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for re-shipment.
Farmkin reserves the right to limit replacements or deny claims in cases of misuse, repeated complaints, or insufficient documentation.
Product Condition for Returns:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, in case of wrong product delivered:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

All accessories, freebies, and promotional items (if any) must be returned along with the product
Returns with torn packaging, used products, or missing components will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:

Reverse Pickup: Charges will be borne by the customer and communicated during the return request approval.

Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is not possible, the customer may self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹100 per shipment, upon valid receipt and courier tracking details.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are issued only in the case of incorrect or damaged products

No refunds will be issued for taste preferences or minor variations in natural products
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days

You will receive an email confirming the refund status
3. Cancellations
How to Cancel an Order:

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched

Refunds for cancellations are applicable only in the case of wrong or damaged product delivery
4. Delivery Issues
Farmkin shall not be liable for delivery failures caused due to:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer

Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

Customer refusal to accept the package

Delay or failure due to unforeseen natural disasters (force majeure)

No revised address shared within 24 hours of failed delivery attempt
In such cases, if the product is returned to us, reshipping charges and handling fees may apply as per the courier partner’s rates.
5. Customer Responsibility & Agreement
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following:

You shall be liable for additional delivery charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

You agree to use the services for lawful purposes only, in accordance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

You shall provide accurate and truthful information when requested. Farmkin reserves the right to verify your information and cancel your registration or orders if discrepancies are found.

You understand and agree that you are transacting at your own risk, using your best judgment before placing any order.

The delivery address provided must be complete and accurate in all respects to avoid delays or non-delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of sale and product description listed on our platform.
6. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
